Good Morning

I am just writing to say thank you for your help today. We have the head of Starbucks UK & several other VIP's coming into store today & I called up late last night to see if you could come today instead of tomorrow to do our windows. I spoke to a really helpful gentleman (Kraig) who was working late & he said that he would try & help me although he wasn't sure if they would be able to come. But this morning he called me back & let me know that they were coming in.

We now have lovely clean windows for our visit & I wanted to say thank you as we all know that people are always keen to complain but never say thank you when things are good!
